Description Ultamate Rewards, Ulta Beauty's loyalty program, is a key strategic asset for the company, and provides value to approximately 33 million active members. Ultamate Rewards provides us with a valuable proprietary database that we use to better understand our customers and, in turn, deliver to them relevant offers, services, and information, with the goal of developing and maintaining profitable, long term relationships.

The Account Manager of Lifecycle Marketing is responsible for developing and executing 360-degree marketing strategies, reinforcing the value proposition of the program by driving member retention and long-term loyalty through lifecycle marketing tactics. This person will leverage customer insights and KPIs to identify opportunities to move members up the Ultamate Rewards value chain.

  • Develop and implement 360 marketing strategies that align with the overarching program growth objectives.
  • Solicit partnerships from internal and external stakeholders to create and grow lifecycle marketing programs to drive member sales and retention.
  • Have a deep understanding of cross-channel marketing strategies and integrate lifecycle marketing where appropriate.
  • Manage and evolve Ultamate Rewards marketing programs to drive acquisition, engagement progression up the loyalty ladder.
  • Analyze campaign performance, assess profitability impact and recommend program changes when necessary.
  • Understand program-level KPIs and developing tactics to enhance key performance drivers.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork through relationship-building, reliability and collaboration
  • Consistently advocate for the guest, leveraging customer data, knowledge about competitive insights and industry trends to provide the optimal experience.
