Description

The Learning & Talent Development Program Manager will work with the Learning & Talent Development Manager and other professionals to manage McShane Physician Leadership Academy learning programs.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in education, business administration or closely related field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

3 years of program management experience

Knowledge of adult learning theory and evaluation strategies

3 years’ experience as a conference facilitator and/or master certified trainer

3 years’ experience designing learning cohort programs and operationalizing learning initiatives

3 years’ Experience working in an internal training/learning department

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong interpersonal communication skills

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Able to work independently and effectively with others

Able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Master’s degree in business administration, education or closely related field

5 years of program management experience

5 years’ experience as a conference facilitator and/or master certified trainer

5 years’ experience designing learning cohort programs and operationalizing learning initiatives

5 years’ Experience working in an internal training/learning department
