We are looking for a project coordinator to join our team. This person will help lead the successful execution of home improvement projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the installation process - Move the production cycle of each project through the system quickly and efficiently.
  • Communicate with clients - Constant contact with clients throughout the project life cycle via voice, txt, and email to understand/set expectations, establish timelines and grow the relationship.
  • Manage resources - Coordinate with the production staff, product vendors, and contractors to identify, allocate and insure the necessary resources for each project.
  • Track and communicate progress - Measure performance for presentation to management.
  • Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience in home improvement job production
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Experienced with CRM project management
  • Time management and task prioritization
  • Passion for driving results
  • Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement
