We are looking for a project coordinator to join our team. This person will help lead the successful execution of home improvement projects from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:Drive the installation process - Move the production cycle of each project through the system quickly and efficiently.Communicate with clients - Constant contact with clients throughout the project life cycle via voice, txt, and email to understand/set expectations, establish timelines and grow the relationship.Manage resources - Coordinate with the production staff, product vendors, and contractors to identify, allocate and insure the necessary resources for each project.Track and communicate progress - Measure performance for presentation to management.
Requirements:2-3 years experience in home improvement job productionExcellent written and verbal communications skillsExperienced with CRM project managementTime management and task prioritizationPassion for driving resultsAbility to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement
